      slowness

      Anyone ever have those dreams where someone / something is chasing you and you move so slow that you start crawling on you hands and knees to move faster? it's freakin' wierd...

      Actually those are great awareness signs. Basically within your dreamstate your Mind is supporting your Physical body. Which inturns slows down Motor skills in your dream because you are mentally trying to run in reality your legs feel heavy due to the state of sleep paralysis thus once incorporated in your dream state it feels as if you are running in slow motion. Any one ever ate that Big League Chewing Gum that looks like Tobacco?
