I have had previous lucid dreams but not intentionally. I have also had many previous experiences with SP and being aware of what was going on in my waking world.

I have looked over the tutorials and I don't think I am someone who will be able to do the go to sleep for a few hours and wake up thing. I know myself and I do not wake easily by alarm clocks. But I am really good at relaxation. Is the a way to enter a lucid dream w/o going to sleep for a few hours beforehand? I saw it mentioned in one post about WILD but I didn't get an understanding of the tech.
