      Self Induced Sleep Paralysis

      Explenation and personal experience:

I got up at 8:30 AM, its saturday morning. Go downstairs to use the urination station, and get a drink of juice...go back upstairs, and plummet into bed again.
I am laying there FOREVER...so i decide to try a WILD/meditate...so i'm laying there meditating, and i 'PRESS' deep into subconcsiousness, and as i am 'pressing' i 'conjure' HI (hypnagogic imagery)...

I see the wierdest form of HI...its like a spat on a windshield, and i decide to concentrate in it very hard, and as im 'pressing' into it, trying to draw it upon myself, BOOM!

I start feeling vibrations all over my body, like epeliptic fits, i'm shaking extreemely hard, and i hear this loud ass buzz in my ears...this is my first time to experience sleep paralysis ever. So i decide to keep my calm, even though my whole body is freaking out shaking and all...
I'm telling myself to remain concsious so i can enter a dream, and then it stops and fades away, and i cannot move for a while, or even really open my mouth, but then i can finally move after a couple minutes, and i lay there for another 2 hours without going to sleep.

My hypothosis...I induced this accidentally, because i have NEVER felt sleep paralysis before...

Is this possible for anyone to do?

I arrive at this phase almost every time I try WILD, but it's EXTREMELY difficult to enter WILD.
One of my mistakes is focusing on breathing - If I do it, it fades after about 1-2 minutes.
If I focus on my thoughts, they flow by themselves for about 2 minutes, then they collapse and I feel desperate to "think of anything"... my anxiety dispells the effect.
If I focus on effects they disappear pretty soon....

Only times I've been successful at WILD was when I entered WILD from a preWILD dream...

Yeah, when it was happening i was trying to think of something, then i was like, BREATH IN NOSE-OUT MOUTH...then it faded

What do you think of when you get to this point though, to make it easier to enter a lucid dream?

LC you gotta relax more dude. Try focusing more on what kind of dream you want to enter into. One good idea is to already have this information played out in your head so you wouldn't waste time thinking of what kind of dream you want to enter into. No NO NO NO!! Im wrong... Don't do that. Well at least not yet. What you need to do is relax. For instance when you're in a lucid dream and you're flying to remain in flight at a particular altitude takes a lot of focuse and concentration right? Well the same rules apply during your sleep paraylsis. Try this next time. Clear your head and think of yourself floating. I mean Think hard about it think of your body as being light as a feather. Your conscious is going to do most of the work for you all you have to do is start it up. You should focus on just floating and you will feel yourself floating, and you will eventually do one or two things. Because there is a thin line between WILD's and OBE's but it depends on your level of concentration. 98% of the time you are definately going to float off into a Lucid Dream. And when you finally reach that point don't be fooled. Because it used to happen to me all that time where I thought I didn't make it into the dream because I used to always go into a Lucid Dream where my surroundings were always my bedroom or whatever room I was in during sleep paralysis. So do some reality checks once its all over..

Have you ever slept on a boat? I've slept overnight on the ferry to england and back, and I thought about that a while ago how lying in bed there felt so awesome and how much it resembles the feeling I sometimes get when I try to WILD, and thinking about that has a very strong effect on me.

And when you finally reach that point don't be fooled. Because it used to happen to me all that time where I thought I didn't make it into the dream because I used to always go into a Lucid Dream where my surroundings were always my bedroom or whatever room I was in during sleep paralysis. Dude, like omfg. You DONT want to know what the hell happened today...
I tried a WILD this morning and succeeded, but I had a false awakening sort of when I entered the WILD... And it had some weirdass dream aspects, because I felt the pressure on my stomache again and because of that I took a piece of metal out of my stomache and placed it on my desk, and I was pretty pissed and then went back to bed in my dream to try another WILD... >.< I'm going to really remember to do RC's when I wake up, >.<
