Finally, with everyones help on other posts i've had, i've been able to figure out how, and what affects my dreaming/dreams.

I found the exact remedie that works wonders! (for me at least)

Before:

1. 1-3 dreams, only remember 1
2. dreams were random

After:
1. 3-5 dreams, remember at least 3-4. I almost attained lucidity within the 2nd one.
2. Dreams had some connection to everyday life, andd if not, where awesome!


Anyway, what i found out works for me was:

1. drink coffee in the day (not too much)
2. Instead of taking 2X dmae in the morning, i do 1X dmae in the morning (250mg) and 1X dmae (250mg) + B6 (100mg) at night before sleep. Of course, i do take other vitamins throughout the day, but i dooubt that have any effect.

This post might be useless, but i'm just so excieted at the results, i had to tell someone!
