      brainwave generator

      When i am using brainwave generator or a lucid dreaming inducing cd when am i suppose to play it? while i fall asleep and let it continue throughout the night or during the day or what? and another ??, is it ok if i dont use headphones, if i put it on my radio cuz the pulses go left and right earphones. My radio is about 5 feet from my bed.

      I believe that you're supposed to listen to most of the brainwave files(at least those that are supposed to cause lucid dreaming) while you're asleep, so that it affects your brains vibrations. Generally it's better to wear headphones, since a radio's speakers soundwaves will most likely cross at one point, depending upon their angle that is. I'm not really sure as to how you're supposed to wear headphones to bed though.

      The whole point of brainwave generator is that you receive a different frequency in each ear so that they combine 'inside your head'. If you don't use headphones, you're just going to receive a mix of both in both ears. So I'm pretty sure you really need headphones for it to work.

      Yeah, that pulsing that you say goes from left to right, it's suposed to be like that. You have to use headphones or it wont work.

      I think it would work well to wake up in the night, after like 6 hours of sleep and then listen to it. Then it would probably be quicker to fall into REM. Hope it works out for you
