I believe that you're supposed to listen to most of the brainwave files(at least those that are supposed to cause lucid dreaming) while you're asleep, so that it affects your brains vibrations. Generally it's better to wear headphones, since a radio's speakers soundwaves will most likely cross at one point, depending upon their angle that is. I'm not really sure as to how you're supposed to wear headphones to bed though. |
