Dream Incubation - Fact or Fiction?

Does anyone know anything about dream incubation?
If so... I have a question

      Is dream incubation completely... scientific?
Well attainable from a ... truthful point of view?
or is it one of those paranormal type things?

Dream incubation is no more paranormal than dreaming. All it means is that you're using the power of suggestion to dream about something specific. By visualizing how you want the dream to look, characters to act, etc, etc, you can often steer your mind into actually dreaming it. Sometimes this can leave a nice open door for becoming lucid, since you may recognize that you incubated this dream before actually dreaming it.

Some people have used dream incubation along with becoming lucid to prepare for speeches or meetings, practice moves in sports, trying new things, etc. This can be an excellent tool for self-growth. Plus, it's relatively easy to incubate a dream - good visualization is all you need.

I routinely incubate flying dreams, since I LOVE to fly. I just close my eyes and visualize where I'm going to be flying, how high I'll go, the feeling I get from flying, and how I'm going to land.

But you can use dream incubation for anything. You should give it try!

      Yes
I think I will try it!
      Dream incubation seems nifty
and I've heard that some people use it to find answers to certain questions...
and your subconscious answers in dream form
I think that is especially neat
I'm not sure how hard it would be though...
