Well, I usually sleep. |
|
What do you do before you go to bed, in hope of get the ability to control your dreams? |
|
Are you dreaming?
I repeat to myself - (I am going to remember to recognize that I am dreaming). But you have to tell yourself you are going to remember in the same manner as you would if you had an important fuction to attend. Don't just say it to be saying it. BELIEVE IT!! |
|
I pop some melatonin to actually go into sleep. |
|
Eh whenever I try to tell my subconicous "I will realize that I am dreaming" or whatever, I just end up waking up in the morning not remembering a single thing. |
|
Ev and Howetzer... do you do this EVERY night? And if so how often do you have LD's? Hehe maybe i need to be more consistent and maybe get better results! |

It seems that when i try to focus on having a lucid dream, and am not successful, my following dream is harder to remember and it feels like i've slept less time. Not that i'm going to stop trying, it's just a weird side-effect. |

A lack of sleep does not boad wll with lucid dreaming. If you sit there and loose sleep over it ,I think your trying to hard. Just like when a person who knows they have to get a good nights rest. There you are lying wide awake in bed pissed off. And it only gets worse. |

I put the timer on the T.V on half and hours, and during comercials I generally turn over and just fall asleep... |

If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
