I had this odd, non-lucid, but highly vivid dream last night and thought I would share it with you guys.

Setup: Background info you need to understand.

I’ve told some of you already, but I am watching a new sink hole form on my property. Right now, there is a hole big enough to stick your arm into. You cannot feel the sides, when you shout into it, it echo’s. A rock dropped into it takes two seconds to hit bottom, so it is 64 feet deep. A rock thrown sideways takes a while to hit a wall. So, there is a big cavern under this little hole. All that is holding up the ceiling is about 3 inches of dirt and tree roots.
Also, my property is at the low point of a 300 acre watershed. There are limestone caves all around our area. All rain for this 300 acres drains into sink holes on my property. Sometimes there is a significant amount of water.

I came home from work, my wife met me and told me that the hole had finally opened up. We walked back into the woods, and sure enough, it was huge. It had a diameter of about 400 feet and was at least 60 feet deep. We walked down into it to investigate.
We saw what looked like a concrete structure at the bottom, so we excavated and found of all thinks a concrete bridge. The kind that would have spanned a small creek.
It was made in the modern design, with concrete bottom, sides, top, and a concrete support in the middle, but it was only wide enough for one car.

I remember thinking, man that is strange, why would a modern bridge be buried 60 feet underground. There must have been a river here at one time.

Scene change, time elapsed.

Someone had build storage units in the bottom of the hole. The bridge was now huge, at least big enough to take four lanes of traffic. They told us that we would have to use this storage, but I wouldn’t since it get flooded often. This discussion and talk about the storage building went on for quite a while.

I had logged onto DV to tell everyone about my discovery. For some reason, Wassup, Dimosthenese, Ev, Alaurast78, and I were getting stupid about it in a thread.
Icedawg issued us warning cards and told us we would be banned if we ever did that again. I can remember plotting with these guys (and gal) on how we could hack into phpBB and take control of the forum.

A little later, I was telling two friends about DV. What it was, what lucid dreaming was, and how cool it was ( but #%@$, I never even became lucid!!! #$%@ )

The alarm clock woke me up at this point.
