      Relaxing

      I have found that in the last months I can't relax as easily as before. Now, when I go to bed I feel like my heart-beating ws going up, it beats me and makes me focus on it. Is not a good sensation (at least for me) I think I need to improve my focusing ability (more meditation! ) Anyone else has felt this? I think it could be related to my weight (my low weight)

      Another point is that I have never been able to relax my head's muscles completly. It's like all the body asleep except the head (not completly, of course) I know it could sound strange but, anyone knows some method to relax the head's muscles? Again I think it could be a focusing problem.

      Deeeep breaths.

      Breathe in. Count to 5.
      Hold your breath for 20 seconds with your throat, and not your mouth.
      Breathe out for 10 seconds, and make sure you breathe allllll the way out.

      as you can see, it is a 1:4:2 Breathing ratio.

      deeeep breaths slow the heart down,

      so does the mind
