Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming (I think, I'm still new at this .

Wake up earlier than usual. Stay up for about 30 or 60 min. Practice some reality checks, read about lucid dreaming, go back to bed, pretending your lucid.

      Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming is correct, but from the book that I read (Stephen LaBerge's), it actually means try to remain in a conscious state while falling alseep. It's just keeping aware of things as you fall into slumber. At least that is what I thought.

      WILD explanation

      Ok folks,
What is Lucid dreaming? Being consious while you dream, right?
well, 'Normally' you have to recognize your dreaming INSIDE the dream,
AH! not so, for in WILD(Wake initiated Lucid Dreaming) you stay consious the whole time, but your body falls asleep.
There fore enter you dreams lucid!

I think it's very similar to meditation in the beginning, but then you actually do fall asleep as you enter your dream state.
