Definitely epic dreams! Those are so cool! Sometimes I feel like my mind has the plot preplanned cause it fits together nicely.

I voted nightmare, but what I'd REALLY like would be an epic dream with a dark nightmarish theme and a plot.

Epic dreams are the coolest. Mine always look a lot like movies.
The best times of your life should not be when you're still so young, or else you'll live a life always dreaming of the past.

I like the epic ones though they are normally a lot harder to remeber, atleast to remeber the entire thing.

My favourite non-lucid dream type are the ones where New Labour join up with Monty Python to make a comedy musical about bombs on a train! Trust me, I've had them and they rock!

I had to vote abstract dream with no plot. They are a lot more fun to reminisce.... Besides they go along better with my personality

I also love epic dreams though, or more like what can be described as romantic(the literary description, not the love shit). A quest in which one must face great perils and obstacles before he can triumph....

      Just great...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

Yep those are awesome. Just a while ago I had a dream that I still clearly remember where I lived out a sci fi adventure.

It had elements of Halo in it, mainly the guns and the flood.

I voted sex dream hehe!!! Who doesn't like sex dreams???

But I would have to say Epic dreams are fun but I like the abstract dreams most because that's what is most common for me. I have crazy ass dream that doen't make any sence... Anyway, soooooo there ya go!

Good topic hehe!! I picked the first one... Epic dreams are cool too but only when I'm the hero and it's not an anxiety dream... these happen VERY little. I would have picked flying/sex dream though. I had this one dream... holy shit... it was non - lucid and the only one that measured up to it was my latest lucid dream. I was out on my lawn and I suddenly wondered "I might be dreaming" (this was before I found out about lucid dreaming". I decided to punch the wall . I let that thought go. It was still an extreme dream. I was in a Harry Potter type role and just came home from the place and had my wand and everything and tried to unlock my garage ... blah blah blah... I was on a broomstick flying through the rain... simply amazing!!! Mwahaha!! The best part was it was 3 - D. Not saying that my dreams are "2-d" but it just felt like it had more "depth". I would also like magic dreams. I like it when I learn that I have some sort of telekinetic powers (mostly in a non - lucid dream) and am albe to move most things. Bigger things require more concentration. Damn... this post really made me remember some of my super relaxing dreams that you really can't stop thinking about. It's not just the flying and stuff but more the freedom...

Ah I really like epic dreams. I don't have them very often, but when I do they're great. Just the other day I had one where I was a soldier in world war one, fighting a riverside battle against a warships as they drifted past. I ran down an alleyway to the river bank, and we heard the boats coming, so we rushed to quickly cover up the flak guns with camo netting before they arrived. I did it and ran back to cover, but others weren't so lucky, and they got torched (the ships were firing a sort of napalm). Then, me and another guy were in a small dingy going across the river with underwater mines all around us. I thought we were dead for sure, I was so happy and suprised when we actually made it out to the ocean and to this one city island, where there was a big celebration. Normally in dreams when I think I'm going to die, I do, so I was pleasantly suprised when the story had a happy ending.
