Okay, this is more of a technology related question. But how would I go about getting bwgen on my ipod? I know, convert it. But how?

If the bwgen sound files come in a supported file extension (it's been awhile since I've played around w/ BWgen, but aren't they .mp3 or .wav?), you can just drag and drop the files into your iTunes library or go to "file" -> "add file to library", then add them to your iPod. When you add them to your library, they are automatically converted.

According to their faq you can save their files as wav, then use another program to convert them to mp3. The files are a specific format for the program. I haven't actually figured out how to save them as wav, so if you figure it out let us know! - -Barrett

I've done it both ways: - Wrote to a .wav and converted into an mp3 via GoldWave or SoundForge - Captured it via Windows Media Encoder Either way is rather simple and swift though having tried copying the recorded file onto a pocket PC I ran into the obstacle of the sound frequencies completely collapsing from what they're supposed to be thus destroying any effect intended. Though an ipod as far as I can see is specifically meant for quality music so I doubt that'll be a problem.

My problem is that wav files are so huge, and virtual PC doesn't support NTFS (only FAT 32) and once the wav file gets larger than 4GB it will stop.
