I leave to go to 6-week summer camp in 3 days (more like 2 now) and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to manage in a different environment.

I'll be in a publicish place (a bunker since it's an air cadet camp) so I will hardly ever have any alone time. I won't be able to get up in the middle of the night, so I doubt I'll be able to do any techiques requiring waking after 5 hours of sleep... and I can't exactly say things to myself out loud or it'll creep everybody out. That really limits me to head stuff...

Well, the routine will be the same every day so I'll probably get to work on my reality checks but other than that..

Has anyone else had an extreme change of venue for a good couple months and seen their abilities improve or get worse? I'm scared I'm going to lose everything, especially recall since I'll probably be going on less sleep, more stress (flying planes will be pretty stressful since I'm learning) and if it's anything like last summer's camp I'll be dead tired every night and probably won't remember a thing in the morning.

Any tips for a busy (and tiring) scheduleand new surroundings?
