Can lucid dream (wild method) cause dead??

Why the almost die experience is like the out of body or lucid dream? expecially WILD method? I'm affraid we can die and can not back to our body if we often do lucid dream or out of body method?? what's your suggestion friends??? Thx so much for your attention

Well, I don't know about OBE, but Lucid Dreaming is just like normal dreaming, so if you could die from LD'ing, you could also die from normal dreaming so i think you shouldn't be worried. Lucid dreaming is safe, and more important, the coolest thing to do

You can't die from any type of LD or OBE. Remember that the main difference to usual sleep is the form of brain activity. Anything you experience doesn't have much to do with your real bodily functions.

Actually, WILD is just being aware of yourself going from the waking state to the dreaming state. It happens every night (every time you dream)- the only difference is that you're aware of it when you do WILD. It's perfectly natural and as far as anybody can tell, it can't hurt you in any way. As for OBEs, I don't personally have too much experience with them, but I've never heard of any harm coming to a person experiencing one.
