      VERY DISSAPOINTING

The melatonin was very dissapointing. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time, I had no dreams whatsoever that I could remember, and I woke up constantly and couldn't get back to sleep at 2:30.

      So in conclusion, Melatonin SUCKS

Was it the first time you tired it? Do you think there may have been anything else that may have caused you to not sleep or dream? It's worth another try... but as i see it we dont need things to help us dream! Trust what our body's give us! Anyway... I'd try it at least a few times!

WOO - HOO!! I TAKE THAT BACK!! That was written at 2:30... I got up and wrote this. It's 6:42 now. I had a drink and a piss and went back to bed... three lucid dreams (well I think 2, but in my dream while not lucid I think I told you guys I had 3 and I mostly only remember 1).

      Journal Entry...
After 2:30: I think I had a lucid dream. THREE lucid dreams. I don't think I was dreaming of being lucid either. In the first one I looked at a school clock and the hands were going beserk. I looked at my watch and the minute numbers were going up. This was in the world history room. I went outside and tried to fly. I don't think I could do it the first time, so I tried getting a running start. It worked. It was so cool. VERY clear too!! I remember the cold!!

Melatonin SUCKS for the first part of the night.
Can anyone tell me why it gets better??

EDIT: I also feel kind of sick.... that could by why it didn't work in the beggining...
SECOND EDIT: WOO HOO I JUST REALIZED... I was becoming at least concious in pretty much EVERY DREAM!! I hope this gives me some more confidence. Does melatonin raise your conciousness or something?? I had less tolerance for weird things...

It's a "rebound" (sp?) effect... You are getting very sleepy in the beginning, but then you get a lot of dreams...

Edit: I've noticed increased awareness in my dreams, but It's not enough to achieve lucidity...

Stay on a 3mg dose of a week, then maybe use it every couple of days.
      That is what I do.
Took some before bed last night. Dreamed of riding around on a Yamaha 650 with people chasing me.
Also dreamed that Hooters changed the waitresses uniforms

So melatonin is to make your dreams more vivid and seratonin is for falling asleep....right?

How do you buy it? Is it for inyections or do you drink it or such? I am very interested if it gives out good results...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

      melatonin is in pill form.
There is no serotonin pill, but some things (like st. john wort supposed to give you more serotonin), it's unconfirmed tho...
