Can't seem to WILD

Everytime I lay down and try with my audio tapes (especially made for it) I just can't! One of two things happens... 1. I get about 50 minutes into it, seeing crazy results such as my eyes twitching uncontrollably and seeing shapes, then I get the urge to piss. It really makes ya lose relaxation 2. Something happens in the environment, like someone walks into the room or something makes a loud noise and scares the crap out of me, and I'm forced to stop or I lose concentration completely. I've tried about 3 - 4 times now, and I just can't do it! How can you stay completely relaxed for a whole hour with no distractions?

First of all, WILD is known to be really hard, I wouldn't recommed it too many, but it basically let's you induce LD's at will. Double eded sword, I guess you could say. 1. You're getting really close, don't let up! You entered the imagery stage of a WILD. You say you feel a urge to pee when you get really close. I've never heard of this, but perhaps it is a natural response to the fear dueing WILD's. Have you read many stories about WILD's? Many of them talk about scary things happening. You need to conquer your fear in order for this to work. Also, try not to drink much (if at all) water, then you can't feel the urge. 2. Well, ask them to keep away, to be quiet. Or do it when you know they are asleep, the early morning is recommended. Refer to some tutorials on WILD to help out. Hope that helped.
