Hello, I was wondering if any science experiments have been done in your dreams, example…seeing if other people in your dreams have a sub-conscious, interacting with people in your dreams who you have not meet in real life, taking to ones sub-conscious, maybe asking the sub-conscious to remember and be able to recall thing in the from memory when needed in the real life, or talking to other dreamers with both parties remembering the conversation. Thanks

      Hello and welcome Adjnor

There have been several instances where dreaming & experiments have come together.
A big example of this is Stephen Laberge. He is the author of, "Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming." By studies in a lab he conducted some experiments that put an end to rumors of lucid dreaming.
In a preemptive plan he told the assistants that he was working with that he will, upon becoming lucid move his eyes back and forth in succession. (The eyes move during REM sleep - While Lucid dreaming, they move where you are looking) When The EEG & EMRI machines recorded his actions the machines also pointed out that he was in fact in a REM period of sleep.
For the subconscious. I myself have been able to do some experimentation depending on my level of lucidity. Often creating then manifesting a stable dream environment to interact and re interact with whom ever you want.
Bringing out creativity. As an artist I often will flat out ask dream characters about some creative hurdles I may have. In addition to life's hurdles too.
Dream recall has improved my memory as a whole. I have never asked the subconscious directly. It does however seem to be a direct result of recording your dreams. Your idea could work very well.

Not sure if this qualifies or not, but a friend and myself devised an experiment concerning computers in LD.

(This was inspired by a group of Russian LDers who worked on the premise that a lucid dream and a computer program were very similar. They had some interesting ideas up their collective neck, and had successfully tried computer structure to experiment in LD, finding a very successful technique for the "dream-within-a-dream", applying computer worm principles).

Basically my friend and I decided to try to "conjure up" a PC in LD, in which we would find and open "personal files" in this way: My Computer>Self Importance>Greed/Sloth/Despondency etc etc..

...and then delete those "negative" files.

My friend did better than me. She managed to image the PC, open the files and delete one only before she lost her attention and subsequently the dream.

I managed to image the computer, find some files, but I lost the dream before I could delete anything.

We never tried again.. but I can't think why..? Anyway...

I've just had a thought... if one could visualise the PC and then "go online" and see what the search engines do...

That's exactly what I want to do. I've drawn off and on, but still find myself a terrible artist, unless I spend like 2 hours on one sketch of a simple cartoon character, and even then it still could use some work. I am hoping to be able to use hypnosis and lucid dreaming to improve my art skills. That will be my focus in an upcoming hypnosis certification course. So if you have any references I can read, that would be great.

I should try to conjure a computer in one of my own dreams and search for a file called "The secrets of the universe unveiled", and then click 'Upload'. Oh the joy that would bring.
