      My Type of Meditation

      you how how you meditate to relax or before going to wild or something? and you close your eyes and look up at your 'third eye' well the way i do it is when im lying on my bed at night trying to preform a wild or obe or something, i keep my eyes open staring at one spot and meditating. its better when its not pitch black ( if you live in a city the best is a street light glow...i love that) anyways, just stare and meditate and some really weird and interesting things happen and for me i get into a deeper state. this probably isnt for you if you have problems keeping your eyes open without blinking. i dunno i have very sensitive eyes and i works for me just fine. anyways you guys should try it out and see what happens.

      I can't do that meditation stuff. I have a pretty amazing brain so I'll just have my thoughts wander, and let my psyche do the rest! That's my meditation...
      If I really wanted to do this meditation, I suppose the more "physical" meditation (actually creating real feelings in your body) I'd probably just take some drugs and be lazy. :-D. just kidding! Shame on you for thinking I was serious.

      I can't meditate either... it's hard to even keep my mind on one thing for more than 5 mins... i can't stay still either, i'm like a little kid

      Yeah meditation is pretty tough stuff. Usually people concintrate on breathing first, exhaling and inhaling in 10 second intervals, then after that go onto whatever you want to concintrate on. We learned that stuff in Tae Kwon Do, it was cool stuff to the max!
