I was wondering wether any of you people here know any technique's as how to BOOST REM-sleep, Possibly Increasing the Vividness and Visual awareness in Dreams?
I know, for one, that when you smoke marijuana regulairly, SUDDENLY STOPPING is said to give you an REM-Rebound resulting in that it gives you very vivid and clear dreams: and more chance to attain lucidity I assume. I want to potentiate my REM-sleep so it lasts longer and acts stronger so my dreams are more vivid, sharp and clear, instead of hazy, foggy and hard to remember.
If anyone of you know an efficient way, nutrician, technique, herb or anything that can Boost the REM-sleep Let me know and post it here.
