      FRUSTRATING!!!

I have been trying really hard lately, more than I've ever done, but I'm not waking up after my dreams! The only ones I can remeber from the last three days is just one when I woke up in the morning, and that was really short! I long lucidity so bad sometimes things like this really annoy me! I admit I haven't had much sleep at all lately, and I find it really hard to get to sleep. Ughh.

If you have not been getting that much sleep lately I would have to hold that accountable for your lack of dream recall.
Also you have probably seen in this forum before that if you try to hard then it is less likely to happen. I am in the same boat with you on this one. I have reached a plateau with my Lucid dreams & it gets vey frustrating.
Can't get to sleep. Possibilities - stress, lack of exercise, lousy sleep habits, uncomfortable sleep environment.
another remedey are supplements - valarian root , melotonin , wine (a glass). Ask Ev he seems to be the master of chemicals.

The key is to relax...it is important to take it easy, but be dedicated, and focused. Don't kill yourself because you don't experience lucid dreams every night....take it easy, man. It will come!

Nah... as a keen chemist myself (albeit a slightly more conventional one) I believe a hefty whiff of chloroform will do the trick.

That's what I thought too. I just did not want to portray any of my bad habits on to anybody else.
-seriously could any of those things I mention possibly be the problem?

I would say uncomfortable sleep environment. However comfy my bed is (and it is ) I would beat Homer Simpson in an involuntry drooling contest (and I have no shame in saying this). As soon as I lay my head down out comes the stuff, and I have to change position regularly to maintain comfort.

Yep, it takes weeks to become lucid. Don't try too hard or your subconcious will spite you. Relax, you'll get it.
