Hope somebody can help me out with this. Does anybody know if there's a way to induce sleep paralysis? As in, can one achieve it just by practicing, same as becoming lucid?

Yes, for about 3-4 months I have been practicing WILD every night.

I can now enter SP within 10 minutes easily. Pretty much just keep doing it every night and eventually you can do it easily every night.

Maybe some other people can help a little more, but I can't explain it to much. I imagine what it should feel like and my feet will start to go numb. It slowly starts to move up your body until you are in full SP.

Hope I helped and again yes you can induce SP pretty much at will.

Sleep Paralysis happens every time you go into REM sleep. When first going to sleep, this occurs after about 90 minutes.

So to experience sleep paralysis only only need to keep on the fringe of consciousness for 90 minutes. If you can lay still for 90 minutes... retaining just the slightest bit of consciousness, they you should find yourself experiencing sleep paralysis.

Of cours the hard part is not falling entirely asleep.

I once read of one seemingly feasible technique, that is, to lay down and prop your arm up at the elbow. Everytime you fall asleep, your arm falls down and wakes you up just enough to again prop your arm up at the elbow. After awhile then you experience sleep paralysis.

For some people, I can get in to SP within 10 minutes. I've heard others on this site say they could too so it's nothing special.

At the beginning of the night probably takes 20-30 minutes.
