Last night I had a dream where I was actually writing "I will become Lucid" over and over again in a notebook. I failed to recognise this blatant dreamsign and failed to become lucid |

Ninjas killed my family, need money for kung-fu lessons
If such concepts enter your dreams, it means that you are really concerned and interested in lucid dreaming, which means that it will likely be effective for you to use reality checks, especially when thinking about lucid dreaming (aside from other times). |

I've been lucid dreaming since childhood. I still sometimes debate whether or not I'm dreaming, and get it wrong. It is amazing what your mind can rationalize. |

This sort of thing happens to me all the time. I can scream "I'M LUCID!" in a dream but I'm not lucid one bit, turns out I'm just sort of playing pretend. If screaming "I'm lucid!" isn't enough, you have to wonder what is. |

Maybe every time you think, hear, write or talk about lucid dreaming do a reality check, it helped me. |
