When I was reading around on the forums a bit, something struck me.
Could it be, that all your dreams are equally vivid, but you don't remember it, because the vividness wasn't the most important part of your dream and you kind of "forgot" it.
It would explain the concept behind "taking it in" or techniques like that: you focus on the dream (instead of yourself), which adds to your memory, because you see how life-like it is. Also, the 'forced control' takes a lot (if not all) of your attention, thus decreasing the "vividness memory".
Just a random thought, but still your opinions on this please
P.S: We could even take a survey wherein people are asked about there memory (retrospective) and vividness of their dreams. Oh, and a test, wherein people with low vividness train their memory.
P.P.S: #*%^@! I just found out this should go in regular dreams discussion I apologise.
