[/b] So i tried this> i wrote I am dreaming on the palm of my hand 2 nights ago. The first night it didnt work. I still had it on my hand all yesterday and i saw it everytime i looked at my hand. Then last night i had 2 very short lucids but that was a break through because i had been on a dry spell for 2 months

I try stiring walls with my fingers. I don't know if it will work, but it's better than trying to walk through them IRL. I also try stretching my fingers, rather than just looking at them.

There's a tutorial on a number of reality checks that you could do and it has a lot of suggestions. The main thing is to get yourself into the habit of looking for things that might be out of the ordinary and then questionig whether you are in a dream or not.
