      I neeed to have a lucid dream tonight!!!Help!!!!

      I really need a lucid dream tonight. Dose anyone have any advice? Ive only had one lucid dream in my life. Dose anyone think it would be a good idea to set my alarm clock to go of in a hour while im sleping so ill remembr it or what? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

      Jesum!!! Why don't you read the posts (sorry paperdoll I took your line...) There are a lot of things you can do.

      Well what I say is, if you desperatly want one that bad, sit down on your couch and repeat to yourself, "I will become concious in my dreams" all day until you go to sleep. You will probably get one. You also have to focus on your intention while you say it.

      the chances of you having a lucid dream right now as a begginer are SLIM to NONE. things like this TAKE TIME, a concept the you appearently have trouble grasping. READ THE DAMN POSTS, look on websites about lucid dreaming, buy that book we talk about! if you want to lucid dream THAT BADLY, i think you could start having them in no time! so stop flooding this forum with your shitty threads BITCH

      If i were you i would do that that thing where you reapet ALL day "I will relize im dreaming when im dreaming"

      and read about lucidty ALL day seeing how your dreams are just your thoughts throughout the day.

      What I actually do sometimes is get a peice of paper and write "I will have a Lucid Dream" until I have like 5 pages, that way it's almost imprinted into your brain, some of the lines say "I will be a good boy" though...

      I find it helpful if you go without food for at least 6 hours before you go to bed. And then do the WILDs in the middle of the night. I did this and I had 3 lcid dreams in that one night! Thats right 3! Just by doing that. And they all lasted for about 2 hours each!

      Hey I tried that actually. I didnt write five pages though, only about 4 times did I write it, but then I also wrote, "I will remember my dreams." Turns out ive remembered at least one dream every night for the last few days, so maybe it was just coincidence. I didnt have a lucid dream that night either

      But what about you dream coil, did it work???

      Hey Liquid I find that it helps me out 40% of the time, it helps, but it's not a sure thing.
      Im sure typing would have the same affect Wasup, whatever floats ya' boat
