      quick question

last night was the second night since i joined up here. my goal for last night was to remember at least one dream so i could improve my dream recall ability. so i laid there and repeated to myself 'i will remember at least one dream tonight' about 100 or more times. i started on my back but got uncomfortable so i shifted over on my side. then i remembered reading the whole wild technique tutorial about watching your brain waves and stuff. after a few minutes of this i started to feel like i was moving. not really going anywhere just kinda shifting around without moving a muscle. after a few minutes of this i moved my arm and it went away. can anyone tell me what this was? by the way i was successful cause i managed to remember a dream. something about one of the girls i know asking about the prom ticket, thats it. not much but its a start. thanks

Sounds like you are making progress.

I've had the gentle movement quite often while falling asleep. It is the beginnings of sleep paralysis and quite normal.

You worried about the Prom? We had to fork over the money for our daughters prom dress this year. YIKES!!!!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
