If you want a quick easy way of obtaining lucidity, follow these rules:

Become able to dream recall easily (look for some tutorials on here)

      and,

Wear a DAYTIME nicotine patch to bed.

This stimulates the brain in a wierd way when you sleep. Usually when i do this i have about 2 or 3 dreams and in all i am lucid. I remember during the dream that i was also in a differant dream and lucid just a second ago.

BUT BE WARNED! This usually causes nightmares. I don't understand why, but it can do. I'd say there is about a 40% of having a vivid nightmare.

(Note: Do not wear a nicotine patch if you do not smoke, as there is a small chance of you getting addicted plus i don't really want to get sued )

      Enjoy

Hmm interresting. Any particulair Brandname for the Nicotine patches?
And also I'm not affraid of having Nightmares: in fact I LONG to have nightmares again. Haven't had one in a really long time. Nightmares are the type of dreams that usually are completely mental, very intense and overwhelmin and therefor VERY interresting experiences to be had.

Yeah that would get you pretty much addicted to one of the few drugs I am against =) Nicotine.

But it might work for you smokers ^__^
