Look back into your past. How many things can you truly recall without spoils ot the time?
      I'm tired being sorry.

That would depend. If an alarm clock makes me literally jump, then I won't recall a thing. If it wakes me up slowly I don't even have to try to recall it

Don't have an alarm but I know for sure when I move I forget I had a dream until something that happened in the dream clicks in my head and then I remember. If I wake up and don't move and think about what just happened then I can recall everything. Today was a funny day because there was a big bang outside that got me up and I got up asking my mom if that was a explosion sound from outside or was I dreaming and she heard it too, right after that I didn't know what I was dreaming about until it hit me and I could only recall a decent amount of it.

i think my alarm clock does the same thing. i can only seem to remember my dreams well when i wake myself up via autosuggestion. my alarm clock seems to kill my dream recall.

and its defenately possible to have a lucid dream and not remember it. in fact, you've probably already had plenty of lucid dreams

i was surprised at how effective autosuggestion is when i started using it to wake up, i only use alarm clocks now if i have to get up to go to work, i cant take the risk or not gettin up

autosuggestion worked wonders for me on the first night. defenately a must try.

my friends dad is so good at waking up on a specific time he doesn't use an alarm clock. i dont think he has ever needed to and he usually has no problem with being late and stuff. if we were to tell him to wake us up at 10, he could do it w/o a problem almost on the dot.

      its amazing.

As waves of plastic fame go out of fashion, You're going out (going out) forever unknown. These waves of plastic fame go out of fashion, You're going out (going out) forever unknown.

From above a rain of ashes descends anathema. I will remain, forever will remain. From below, in my seclusion, look up to the sky to see See paper wings and watch them burn.

Strangely, alarm clocks don't kill my dream recall. Actually, waking up without an alarm helps kill my dream recall. The motion to shut the alarm off doesn't interrupt my recall.

When I wake up without an alarm, when I'm still sorta sleepy (not completely conscience yet) I start just thinking about anything randomly. This doesn't help dream recall at all. However, the alarm makes me fully conscience (mostly) right away so I remember easier.

a part of my alarm interfering is that i use my cell phone as my alarm and i take my contacts out and have very bad vision so it sometimes takes fumbling around and i may have knocked it off the table... which would take my mind of my dreams lowering recall

I can't remember a single dream if my alarm goes off and wakes me up. I need that 1/2 asleep 1/2 awake time to focus on my dreams so I can remember as much as possible.
