I've come to realize that everytime I dream I am like a narrator, I know I'm dreaming but it doesn't sometimes click to my body that I'm dreaming. I know that when your in situations in you're dream you act how you would really act if you were in that situation so I tend to catch my mind evaluating everything I do. For example one time I'm in the car with my mother and I know I'm dreaming. I talk to myself in the dream and then for that split second I am in the mind of my dream body and then if that short few seconds I know I was playing narrartor i say to my self "I'm dreaming" in that case I was like to my mother "Am I dreaming? Am I dreaming?" and then I do the RC and there goes a LD.

Keep in mind that I've heard 2 parts of me speaking to each other and my dream recall tends to be spot on when i wake up so longs I don't try to think about anything in the physical world.

Does anyone have the perception that there the narrator watching there body live there life in the dream world?

That happened to me just last night. I was dreaming I was watching a football game with my friends, we were cheering, and popcorn was flying everywhere. Except I wasn't acting it out, I was just watching.

Sometimes happens to me. It feels like you're watching a good movie.

I just kick back, relax, munch on popcorn and enjoy the show =D.

Of course if it really starts to get interesting I usually take over.

I'm always like watching a movie in my dreams. I really hate nightmares, and it's a really good way to get rid of them, because I'm an intagible spectator. I'd better ask my subconscious if he's doing that on purpose when I get good at lucid dreaming.

That's happened to me before... I actually acted as a multipurpose camera, where I captured every important tidbit of the scene unfolding before me. There were closeups, different angles, pans - everything that incorporates a movie.

It doesn't happen very often to me, though.

Now whats really freaky is when you're watching the whole scene but in your body at the same time. Its hard to explain XD.

I'm ofter a narrator, though it makes it difficult to RC

I have had that experience. It was like being on stage in a play and being an actor and director at the same time. Sometimes, you allow the scene to play out and sometimes you control it. I have also made myself invisible to other persons in my dream, when I felt a desire to do so, and then just watched the rest play out. Other times I allow my dream self to fully participate because I sense the need to "experience" the dream.

Another very interesting thing to do is to "read" the mind of other persons in your dream.

Yea 2 out of every 3 dreams is usually like this for me I usually get a strong sense that I'm dreaming and then actually do the RC. Sometimes I know I'm dreaming but for some reason can't get myself to just do the RC. If I don't get a dream like this then its usually a very unstable dream that I recall pretty horrible.

i get that a lot. one time i was in a dream (very low to no level of lucidity), and i could fast forward everything going on. i was watching some scene and was fed up with how long something was taking and i just fast forwarded it, like on a vhs.

      i need to sleep
