Thread: I Think This Is A Start...

Ok, so I think I *may* have had a somewhat lucid dream last night. I don't remember much at all, and actually, I didn't remember any until something during the day reminded me. I had a dream where I was at a cemetary, and I said something about how it needed to be a different kind, and it changed! Then to make sure (or something? I really don't understand my rationale in dreams&#33 I checked a headstone and could read it, which also is probably my mind recognizing a firmiliar word. Anyway, the more I thought about it, I wondered if that even counts, since yes, things changed when I wanted them too, kind of, but I can't REMEMBER if I realized I was in a dream!! AHHH!!! Does this ever happen to anyone!? (Sure is fun though...I'm REALLY excited to have real LDs!&#33

grr...usually I sleep and dream so much that I feel totally in another world. Like, I know the laws and rules of the dreamworld and THAT needs to happen again so I can make it my OWN way already! I'm barely remembering anything anymore. I used to want my nightmares to stop...now I just want to remember what I dreamed about!

practice dream recall. get a dream journal. go to the main site and read the section on dream recall.

yeah get a dream jornal. it may seem like a pain in the @$$ at first. it probably wont seem like its helping much either but it will change. then you will be able to remember tons of dreams

Thanks but I did already and I have been keeping a journal. I used to have AWESOME dream recall. Now I have shit. I'm SO FRUSTRATED!! Its two am and for no reason I'm awake. I haven't remembered a dream in DAYS which is SO not like me. The more I think about it the harder my mind makes it! But if I don't think about it, nothing will happen either!!!
