"Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" by dr Stephen LaBerge is said to be very good and helpful, although I can't find it anywhere!

I got mine @ half.com. It is a branch of e-bay that deals with books and CD's. Most are used. I should have got five of them.
They were going for about $3.50 per book in good condition.

P.S - get the 1990 version. There is an older outdated version out there also!!!!!!!!!
