what if you just woke up from a lucid dream and got a drink of water or something and go back to bed. how would you know if that was a false awekening after the fact?

my FAs are usually weirder than that so i can tell. Like one time i had an FA where i went to the bathroom. and flushed the toilet and a huge dead spider jumped out and landed on my shirt. lol
