When the visuals start to fade out, sometimes it really helps to simply shout LUCID!, Things become much more vivid afterwards. |

The technique i was using is that i kept counting 1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming, 3 I'm dreaming etc. i think when i got to about to 30 i started experiencing HI after a while of that i started to see some light fading in and out, than my body started to get all tingly and my face felt all fuzzy, so thats basically what happened.... |

Here is a variation of the counting technique that also incorporates breathing control. Imagine a sandy beach. the waves are moving in and out rythmically. With your out breath a number appears in the sand. On your in breath visually bring the gentle wave in to cover the number then as you breath out, the wave retreats, and the sand is wiped clean. |
