Hey ya'll, I had been having a short dry spell of dream recall, though I know I've been having great long dreams. So this morning I woke up from a dream that I then did not remember. As I lay in bed after, actually having gone to the bathroom and came back to sleep for perhaps a WBTB, I thought to myself "How am I going to write in my Dream Journal if I don't remember any dreams?" at that point I lay on..and soon there after my subconcious mind presented a thought "Are you a MYSPACE CHARACTER?" ... In my half awake state I acknowledge yes without noticing it's significance ... "How long have you been a Myspace Character?"... I thought about how I'd been ON and OFF MySpace several times with different accounts... then it hit me how it was related with Dream Characters..and I laughed and woke up. I still had not recalled my dreams though I did want to write the above in my Dream Journal. I did do so, and immediately thereafter I recalled a segment of a long dream. Ok so I wrote that down...a segment cool...then from there the entire dream unfolded before my memory. And I recalled the entire thing. Good Morning BTW

I find it funny how random the mind is... "are you a myspace character??" lol Just today I woke up and thought to myself, "did I have any dreams? no? guess not." 2 hours later in school it comes to me. "so I DID have a dream!"

That happens to me alot as well, I will wake up knowing I had been dreaming but I won't remember a thing and then it will all come back to me later on in the day, perhaps an hour to three hours later...weird. I've made a habit of carrying my dream journal with me to classes so I that if I do remember a segment from a dream, I can record that bit of information. I believe the reason I can't always recall dream information in the morning upon awakening is because I sleep with my girlfriend and when I wake up I get up for the alarm and then I'm all about snuggling, lol.
