My brain CONSTANTLY wanders from thought to thought, and as much as people say "Don't let it!" it does.

Am I cursed with a brain that wonders too much? lol

Are there any methods to over-coming this? My first thought was ritalin, but any drug would probably mess with stuff. ( I used to be ADHD)

Any insight would be great, especially when it comes to sleeping now... I used to pass out almost on contact with the bed, but now that I&#39;m working on this, my brain is active while laying down... not just about waiting for a dream, but about everything. >_<

(Then again, I AM changing up my sleeping patterns atm from 2am ish bedtime to like... 9pm ish bedtime >_<)
