When I have a WILD lucid dream when I am about to go into the dream I can hear voices in my room. sometimes they call my name or they are just sounds. I am not as scared of them as I was in the past but they sometimes still scare me enough to have to break concentration and check if someone is in the room. has anyone else ever had something like this happen? |

I think its normal. Its called Hypnotic Sounds, similar to the Hypnotic Imagery you see when WILDing. I think it just means your entering your WILD much more intensly |

Cool that makes me want to get better at WILD's, to get to that point of hearing people talk or hearing weird noises. I have only once heard some buzzing noise but lost consciousness soon after. |

I've only had one time where I've heard voices and it was when I was in the "not quite awake, but not yet asleep" phase and I could have sworn someone wispered something into my ear. It was a breathy and completely human sounding voice with words that I could make out but forgot as soon as I thought about them. Crazy stuff. |

I have never heard voices but sometimes I hear random noises. |

Normally my cat walks in at night and sleeps on my bed, she woke me up when she jumped on the bed as per usual. Now she is very sensitive to pretty much any noise, i was drifting off to sleep when i herd a massive bang like a firecracker going off right next to my head or whatever and my cat didnt jump or shock or anything she just looked at me when i flinged out of bed so i know it was all in my head. |
