Lucid Dream Failed..

i finnalaly had another LD after a dry spell. well i relized i was dreaming when a guy with a gun came in our house and forced money. i dont know how i relized i was dreamiong but i did. i wanted to try to find my cousin and have a shared dream or explore but i was afraid of the gun. i knew it would hurt if he shot. then i lost lucidity. i was wondering about what i should have done. is there a way to stop it from pain? make him disapeare =D? thanks

If I was in a LD and there was a guy with a gun I would kill him first. You could probably just spin and end up somewhere else though.

Well everything in the dream is you, so I would suggest: don't shoot yourself , or just don't feel the pain, it is actually that simple. It's just a matter of how well do you understand or view your dreams.

yep just choose not to feel pain ive done it lots of time. lots of my lucids should have had pain in them, i just chose not to feel it.

You could live the matrix, and make his bullets travel like they're going through molasses. Well, not bullets through molasses. You know, like maybe marbles through molasses. So slow, you can pick the bullets out of the air, throw them back at him, and laugh about it.

Yeah, pain in lucid dreams is optional. I guess you could just scream "no pain" or something. Tell yourself that you wouldn't feel pain. Also, Bonsay, your avatar is TRIPPY.

Yeah in a lucid dream the possibilities are endless, you could make the gun jam or it be empty of bullets just by believing. Or turn it into a stick of licorice so you have something to eat lol.
