It sounds like your reality checks consist of presupposing reality, then seeing if things check out. You want to be careful with that. Remember, mind over matter. The more adept you become at control the more likely those presuppositions will check out positive.

I dont understand what your trying to say , what was wrong with the RC i did ? before i turned on the monitor there should be icons on the desktop and there were none, whats the different with the finger through the palm? if the finger goes through ur in a dream

Let's put it this way. It is very unlikely that plugging your nose or shoving a finger through your hand can both fail. To the contrary, if you say to yourself "there should be an icon on this screen" and then check to see if there is, your subconscious may pick up on that and put it there, even though you are dreaming. If you say to yourself "there should be cars on this street" then walk out the door, your subconscious might pick up on that and stick a few in there, since that was the reality you "suggested." However, you're having some trouble with control so it probably didn't take. Physical reality checks like the nose plug are more reliable is all I'm saying.
