yes, as real as waking life, as you progress.

      can u wake urself up?

      at will. *

can u do ANYTHING in them?

      anything you can think of.

again, this is as you progress. you can't just go to sleep tonight expecting to have perfect LDs. i have been lucid dreaming for about a year now, and i have long LDs that are very vivid about once a week, but i have little control and i'm working on that. it's different for every person, for some it takes a long time to get and for others it's easy. it's just like learning to swim or play the drums. you just have to really want to do it, and be willing to spend time on it.

here are a couple of my favorite Lucid Dream websites, they will tell you different techniques and about journals. *

      Welcome friend!
I suggest you read all of the background material on the site. Please feel free to ask any questions you my have.
This is a nice place where you can bring up the subject of lucid dreaming WITHOUT worrying that anyone thinks you strange.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      Welcome X_cheers_X

I think most of us would reccoment Stephen LaBergs book regarding lucid dreaming, its only around 6-12 bux depending on where you get it from.

Brows around the forum there is alot of information all over the place, I think I may make a compendium of everyones ideas and techs some times soon and stick it somewhere so that new and old can find stuff easily in it.

Like SeekerDave said, you can bring up much anything and we will not think you are strange...probably because the majority of us are

      Shawndow, I seen it!
"A knight is sworn to valor.
      His heart knows only virtue.
      His blade defends the helpless.
      His might upholds the weak.
      His word speaks only truth.
      His wrath undoes the wicked."

Impossible is only that which has yet to be imagined

      again thank you so much,

      cheers
