I mean if you have to pee in IRL and you have and LD and you can feel it, what do you do?

thats frustrating because I can remember being in quite a few dreams (non-lucid) and sitting in front of a toilet peeing for 5 minutes with no relief.... Guess waking up and going to the bathroom is the only real option but I'd still stay in the dream for as long as I could hold it...

      ha ha. good question.
It is not good for your digestive tract and intestines to hold the urge to have to go if you were talking to a doc. But I am a lucid dreamer and I say HOLD IT.
I don't know how long your lucid dreams are but mine are never long enough to complicate anything.

The few I have had, I think only two I focused my attention on something else instead of the fact I had to pee. If I had to pee bad enough I am sure my mind/body would awake me.

Hehe, thanks for the answers. Last night I had a non-lucid dream where I had to pee IRL, and in the dream I filled an entire toilet up to the edge with urin
