Now that is the first thing I have heard of.

Perhaps, there was something surrounding you were unaware of that caused you to experience an anxiety attack?

I refuse to believe that it's possible to get a such attack by merely thinking about LDing. There gotta be something else that tricked you into thinking that your thought of LDing was the root of your attack.

For example, instead of LDing, maybe it was a fear of unknown and uncertainity that caused you to have an attack?

      Just my two cents.

Don't trust what you are seeing right now because you might be dreaming right now. Be LUCID! I repeat, be LUCID!

When I was first starting with Lucid Dreaming sometimes at night I just to get little anxiety attacks at night// due i was too excited for Lds//.. the results where... I dident sleep... so no LDs...

Is good to have Lds present in your daily but in a natural way, if you could say that:..when you go to sleep, feel no pressure if you are having or not a lucid dream, just set it as goal to be acomplish but it doesnt have to be in that night.//
