      Which method for inducing lucid dreams do any of you use most frequently, and which one seems most effective for you?

      For me I would have to say WILDing because it takes less effort and less reality checks

      Mostly DILD so far. Just last night, though, I got FILD to work (after a fashion). I've been working on WILD for the past 2 weeks or so, and so I plan on getting that down eventually.
