Long Time Since I Posted *need Help*

I though i remember seeing a tutorial around here. If not can one of the advanced members help me = P How do i start a dream where i left off

But I'm guessing, if you had good enough dream recall to remember exactly where you left of, this would be my advice... 1) Try to remember the position you were sleeping in. Try and re-enact that position. 2) Relax... 3) Visualize the surroundings of that dream... try to get it exactly, working your way into more detail. (like it was a circle... it was a red circle... it was a small red circle.. 4) Put yourself in that dream, think about it, nothing else.. - That would be my advice, and what I would do... hopefully it helps.
