SP has always been quite noticeable physically for myself , but for a month or so, it became almost unbearable, to the point where i would fear for my health. |

I always sleep on my front, so I've never experienced chest pressure, but once in a WILd it felt like I had several prime Sumo's sitting on my back, pushing me into the bed. |

Acetyl-choline, numbs the spine, more likely to occur in effect while one is supine, resulting in full-body incapacitation coupled with potential nightmarish elements. Sleep on your sides guys. That won't fix it all the time, especially if you're exhausted, but being on your back is a sure-fire way to invite the Hag...and she is no fun at all. |
