Waking up at various times throughout the night after each REM cycle to record your dreams(As I do... You probably do too right?), is it bad for the sleep schedual?

      I do the whole 4:30 - 90 - 90 - 90 - 90 - etc

Doesn't this disturb your natural sleep cycle? Cutting it up into tiny pieces rather than as a whole?

We actually wake up on average 15 times a night and just don't remember it, so there isn't really much new your doing with the REM alarm schedual.
