Cant Remember To Rc....

Help, I cant remember to do RCs durring the day, and i dont have a watch with a chime i need some suggestions plz

Pick something that you see often every day, say your cell phone, and reality check everytime you see or hear it. I'm struggling with remembering to reality check too. If you haven't reality checked by suppertime, make yourself do a few RCs before you sit down to dinner at least. It's what I do.

Write on your both hand with a pen RC, so everytime you see it your remember, it has worked for me..

If you have an mp3 player, but a recording of yourself saying "do an RC" then add multiple copys. Whenever it plays you'll remember.
