      Hey all i just have a simple question

      i read the tutorial on the 61 points of relaxation.
      but the tutorial was very vague on what/where they are.

      can anyone shed a little light please?

      Here is the tutorial from Howetzer.
      Well as I understand it's exactly what it's called, relaxiation technique, that puts you into deep relaxation or probably sleep paralysis. So you can then continue on to inducing a LD or doing anything else you want. I wouldn't know what exactly the points represent. Looks to me they were put in this order so it would be easyer for the user of the technique. There is also a picture at the begining of the technique.

      If you have read the same Tutorial that Bonsay is pointing out, I apologize. The picture is Vague.
