It was almost like I kept losing lucidity and then realising i was lucid again. I kept finding myself in stupid places with nothing to do, not my ideal LD. Everything got less vivid, not that I even thought to look around at my surroundings, but from what I saw it wasn't very good. It's hard to explain.
I hope my LD's get better than this, but if anyone has had a similar problem please post how you got over it, thanks.
Copied this from the Dream Control section, since it's a little slow.

Yah, I've heard that once people become lucid they can have a hard time doing things. I think first what you need to do is the next time you become lucid (You can do it !!! STOP! take a moment to look around you, and tell yourself calmly that "all of this is in MY brain" and "I need to calm down and experiment because i know its just a matter of time before i can do anything i want" Once you are calm enough you should be able to notice that you can do at least a bit more than in waking life. (I'm getting excited just thinking about it, ::::::I WAnt an LD!!!:::: Over time, experimentation should show you how to do things, but you must believe it all in your brain and that anything is possible. If you want to fly I have heard an effective starter is by imagining some invisible steps, and slowly clibing up, looking up at the sky and imagining youself rising, then look down, or (make sure it is a dream for this one" runnig off something high up.
Hope you can have some fun with it soon
