But there is something i am confused about, i may remember two dream last night but can't distinguish whether or not they where two different dreams or just the one, the dream was long but then i remember another part which was not apart of the previous dream, it was in a diffrent location with different people. I can't determine whether i just changed to a different location or it was a completely different dream. thanks for any feedback, my motivation is gone, any suggestions how to keep myself going?

DON"T GIVE UP
I also am incredibly frustrated with my lack of L'D's these days. As for WILD, I'm afraid I don't know much about it, I tried once and stopped. But for your confusing dream scenarios, I have the same thing too. Sometimes the dreams get mixed together. Usually, what I do when I have this situation is wake up whenever I do, (I tend to remember bits and pieces) and try to think of the last dream bit you remember, and ask yourself "now what could have happened before this?" and I think it will come into place, even if it's not crystal clear. I don't think it matters too much If you remember them but you can't remember the order or linkage of how they connected or followed. Try working backwords, and don't worry so much if it was a
separate dream or you switched locations. As far as reality checks (I'm with you too) I do do them, yet never yet in a dream. My first LD resulted from my failed WILD, kind of turned into a MILD.
Don't worry so much, I would try to think more about your environment during the day, think of what you felt during the dreams, compare the two a little along with your reality checks.
I find MILD my best bet, and currently I'm trying to induce nightmares, not exactly the most pleasant If you wanna read any progress-( post is called "Are Nightmares An Avenue To Lucidity") near this post
Anyway, you have a whole community of lucid dreamers here with all skill levels probably all with their own difficulties eager to speak and relate so no giving up!
