      Im going to go to bed at 2 wake up at 7 stay up for one full hour use one of my bad sleep deprivation mp3's as u may have read abotu my side effects somewhere on the forums. then i shall lucid dream. YAY ajahha i was doing the mp3s at the start and waking up at 5 doing no methods at all! wow im dumb
